The applicants must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and have proven leadership skills in the Early Childhood sector. Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification and a good work ethic are essential.

The Role

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily care and well-being of children within your service. These children are energetic, loving and connected to their environment, including our fully established bush kindy program; their teaching teams and each other. We’re looking for the next members of this very special team, for our very special service.  

You will have a solid understanding of the NQF and NQS and have the practical experience of being able to support the delivery of a high-quality program.

An experienced team of professional educators will support you. This support also includes access to management and leadership training to ensure your skills are continually updated, providing excellent career development.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, it is expected that you have:

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent.
• Working With Children Check - Blue Card
• Child protection training: 
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
• Understanding of the NQF and NQS
• Understanding of and commitment to competency early childhood practice that the Early Years Learning Framework informs
• Effective skills in communication, time management programming and planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards, and requirements
• Demonstrated ability to build constructive working relationships with families and staff.
