We are seeking skilled and dedicated Sonographers to join New Zealand’s dynamic healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and a commitment to excellence in the field of diagnostic medical sonography.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performing diagnostic patient examinations using ultrasound equipment.
- Capturing, analysing and recording images and patient data to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Maintaining and calibrating ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educating patients and families about the procedures and answering any questions they may have.
- Adhering to safety and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from a recognised institution.
- Excellent technical skills with the ability to operate and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- At least one year of registered experience as a Sonographer within the last two years.
