- We are seeking applications from talented asset management and management consulting professionals to focus on growing our Western Australian Asset Management business.
- It is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Asset Management (AM) professional or experienced Management Consultant with experience in AM to work on a variety of interesting projects across a broad range of industries.

You will be working with a team of highly recognised asset management consultants and advisors and will have the opportunity to tap into the deep technical knowledge base within the core engineering part of the business when delivering projects.
About your new role:
- Providing asset management consulting advice to internal and external clients including the initiation, planning, leading and delivery of transformational projects.
- Growing the business by increasing market penetration, revenue and utilization through expanded client relationships and new client acquisition.
- Assess market trends and identify future market opportunities (short term and greater than six months forward) and convert into future projects through effective opportunity / project lifecycle management.
- Lead and coordinate project delivery efforts with a focus on client outcomes and client satisfaction through the effective and timely delivery of projects and advice.
- Provide technical direction and subject matter expertise on all aspects of asset management and client service to major tenders/bids or proactive client proposals.
- Leading and supporting cross-team learning, and mentoring members of the team.
- Significant exposure to and experience in asset management having worked in asset intensive industries at senior line leadership level, with a strong focus on maintenance and asset management practices OR having consulted extensively to the above organisations in senior leadership positions at tier 1 professional services / management consulting firms.
- Experience guiding and mentoring teams with a passion in developing the skills and capabilities of those around you and as well as a focus on continual development.
- Strong influential communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients at all levels of seniority.
- Experience in running engaging and impactful client facing workshops leveraging your capabilities in facilitation and communications.
- Degree qualification in Asset Management, Economics, Commerce or Engineering or a related discipline. Post graduate qualifications are highly desirable.
- Management consulting experience is highly desirable.
- A strong network, and a successful track record of winning work reflected in the achievement of revenue and growth targets.
- An ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a virtual office environment.
- Exceptional relationship management skills and a real passion for developing people.
