- Executive Assistant to CEO
- Temporary role - start date February ongoing for one month until March
- Located in Paramatta, NSW, 2150 – 10 minutes from train station
- Flexible working hours, hybrid role WFO & WFH
- Weekend work required - 24th – 25th of Feb
- $40 - $55 per hour + Super depending on level of experience
About the Client:
A Not-for-Profit Member Association, supporting Public Schools within NSW. They are committed to a free public education system for all, regardless of gender, race, or culture. Their members assist in running the school canteens, OOSH, uniforms shops, bands, fetes, and fundraisers
About the Role:
This role directly supports a busy, supportive, passionate and professional CEO, who needs an extra pair of hands for one month to cover leave.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail, can juggle multiple priorities, and can work both independently and collaboratively.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Diary, calendar, inbox, and travel management for the CEO
- General board support with governance support through board induction, planning, meeting coordination and document management
- Manage the Annual General Meeting of the Federation – minute taking - support all Board and sub-committee meetings, accurate and timely recording of meeting minutes, notes, actions and outcomes
- Managing CEO reimbursements and credit card expenditure
- General office management and administration duties
- The ability to commence in this role early February, no notice periods please!
- Previous demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant supporting CEO and Board
- Excellent project coordination and organisation skills to manage competing deadlines, project deliverables and priorities
- Ability to apply discretion with an understanding of the political environment of the government, and not for profit sectors
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
