YOUR ROLE
Join us as an Executive Assistant within IAG’s Group Risk Office providing efficient and effective coordination, management and support to our Group Chief Risk Officer.
In this role you will manage the preparation, collation and distribution of reports, presentations, meeting agendas, papers, assist with documenting execution of FAR accountabilities, distribute reading materials, and record and distribute minutes where required.
Optimising ways of working will also be an important component of this role, along with fostering strong relationships within the GCRO leadership groups, across the broader IAG business and with external stakeholders. You will exercise a high level of confidentiality and judgment whilst undertaking concurrent tasks demonstrating excellent organisational, prioritisation, time and stakeholder engagement skills which are critical to this position.
You will showcase your proven expertise as you facilitate solutions to problems and lift the productivity and quality of CRO team outcomes. Our Executive Assistant will also be a role model, helping to coach and develop a team of Professional Assistants who support the Division.
This is a permanent role based in Sydney.
ABOUT YOU
- Significant previous demonstrated experience in executive support roles, particularly at C-suite level
- Well organised, flexible, thorough and self-motivating
- Comfortable working autonomously and can demonstrate expert levels of written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
- Support teams across multiple locations and time zones
- Excellent computer literacy and Advanced Microsoft Office experience in all Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, Teams, WebEx, Confluence or equivalent
- Proven experience to prepare, format and proof high-quality documents and presentations with appropriate discretion
- Experience in supporting teams across multiple locations and time zones
