Duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial SME - Mid Market clients
- Collect client information for new quotes, renewals, endorsements and claims
- Process payments, cancellations and refunds
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide seamless service and support
- Mentor and assist junior brokers
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience working as an Insurance Broker
- Tier 1 qualification
- Fantastic communication and relationship building skills
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
