The Executive Assistant will ensure the provision of a high standard executive support function to the Senior Director including diary and email management and associated activities. You will also effectively liaise with other administrative staff within Payroll Transactional Services, other senior managers, executives and employees of Payroll Transactional Services as well as internal and external clients.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated capacity in supporting the administrative function of a senior executive or senior executive group, including the ability to effectively and flexibly set priorities, meet deadlines, work effectively under pressure and manage variable workloads.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with influence to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and confidentiality.
- High level administration and information management skills in particular the ability to effectively use a range of software and email products including Microsoft office, and record management system and the ability to initiate system and procedural enhancements and improvements.
- Demonstrate high level analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to self-motivate, show initiative whilst working autonomously while also being able to demonstrate the ability to work as a team member in a client focused working environment.
