Position Overview:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s day-to-day activities. This is a high-impact role that requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact person for the CEO, managing communications and enquiries.
- Respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, prioritising and delegating tasks as appropriate.
- Maintain and update registers for the CEO.
- Coordinate and oversee a range of tasks and activities as required.
- Coordinate and book flights, accommodations, and travel arrangements.
- Handle car insurance and registration processes, ensuring timely renewals and updates.
- Perform other administrative tasks and support duties as required.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities.
