We are looking for an organised, diligent, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our firms Partners and Practice Manager. The candidate will assist the Partners and Practice Manager with their day-to-day administrative work, including calendar management, task assignment, procurement, data entry, planning, reporting, meeting agendas, minutes, and general liaison with the management team.
The successful candidate will provide support to our team to help them focus on their core roles and organise their work schedules.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced EA to support our management team and help them carry out their roles as efficiently as possible.
Duties
- Calendar monitoring & management
- Setting tasks and sending reminders
- Preparing for meetings (including reminders, reports, agendas & minutes)
- Procurement of office and personal items
- Fielding of calls & emails, where necessary
- Data entry and saving documents to files electronically
- Research
- General administrative tasks
- Attend monthly management meetings and action outcomes
- Some personal organisation
Desirable attributes, skills and experience
- An intent or purpose in life to help people and change their lives for the better
- Must be well-spoken, articulate and have a friendly disposition.
- Extremely organised and proactive when dealing with upcoming tasks
- Ability to manage multiple calendars across departments.
- Attention to detail
Excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary skills - Responsible and have integrity
- Flexibility with working at any of our offices (Robina, Coolangatta, Southport and Kingscliff) when required
- Ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Computer skills (LEAP, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Internet)
- High School Certificate

The Location
Attwood Marshall Lawyers has modern, spacious, well-positioned offices at Coolangatta, Robina Town Centre, Southport, Kingscliff, Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne.
This full-time position is based at our Coolangatta Office. There may be instances where you will be required to work from our other offices for training purposes.
