We are seeking a dynamic Executive Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at multitasking, strategic planning, and agile pivoting. Joining our friendly, driven, and compassionate team, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering our inclusive culture.
As an Executive Partner, you will serve as the key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, managing all interactions related to the CEO.
What would you do?
- Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, travel arrangements, and various operational logistics.
- Enhance efficiency by staying informed about critical issues and making prompt, high-quality decisions.
- Coordinate and support day-to-day activities to achieve strategic goals company-wide.
- Manage projects and key initiatives as directed by the CEO, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Oversee budget planning and cost management in collaboration with the finance team.
- Foster improved collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
- Organie and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.
What do you need to succeed?
Ideally, you’ll have a good mix of the following, but no need to tick every box!
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably a scale-up or start-up environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other office tools.
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to apply strategic thinking with tactical execution; aligned to our goals.
