Our client is seeking an experienced and fast faced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CFO of an Australian based cyber technology company.
This is a full time, permanent position available for an immediate commencement.

The role will involve:
- Managing diary appointments, records and correspondence and travel arrangements
- Scheduling and supporting meetings
- Drafting, preparing correspondence, agendas, taking minutes, creating presentations and organizing briefing notes
- Conducting research and preparing reports
- Actioning financial admin requests - including processing invoices, purchase orders and expenses
- Extensive database and system maintenance
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
You are an experienced Executive Assistant that can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and will be able to meet tight deadlines whilst also managing competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet strict deadlines
- A proactive and organised mindset - someone who is ready to hit the ground running
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills both internal and external
- Ability to 'go with the flow' while managing rapidly changing priorities
