On offer is a unique Executive Assistant position, reporting directly to the CEO as well as supporting the senior Leadership Team. The Responsibility
In this Executive Assistant role, your responsibilities will consist of:
- Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule appointments and liaise with stakeholders;
- Coordinate travel for the CEO & on occasion personal travel for the Managing Director;
- Organise meetings, to include agenda prep, presentations & minute taking;
- Manage office projects and events and collaborate with the P&C team to implement positive workplace initiatives;
- Expense management to include monthly credit card reconciliation;
- Liaise with maintain relationships with building management, suppliers and vendors;
- Ensure the office is fully stocked with supplies and sundries; and
- Ad hoc support to the NSW branch team and national teams as required.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years demonstrated EA / Office Management / Operations experience, looking for a multi-faceted role. We want someone non-precious, with a strong work ethic, who has the confidence to get the to-do list done! Naturally, you’ll possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a knack for picking things up and moving things forward, improving processes and creating efficiencies. Having a keen interest in ensuring staff morale and engagement is high will be highly valued!
