The role includes:
- Provide timely and proactive executive and administrative support to the CFO
- Communicate and liaise with key stakeholders on behalf of the CFO including preparing and responding to emails on the CFO’s behalf, as appropriate.
- Manage information flow as required by the Leadership team.
- Manage communication proactively to enhance the CFO’s working relationships.
- Provide support with managing diaries and meetings, and coordinating any associated meeting papers, agendas, minutes and action items, as required.
- Provide support and assistance in producing, coordinating and organising complex documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements including booking domestic and international travel and accommodation.
- Process credit card expenses and reconciliations
- Manage the employment contract approval process.
- Manage incoming calls, mail and visitors
The successful EA will be dynamic, positive, professional and service oriented.
You will come from a fast paced corporate environment. You have impeccable communication and presentation skills and display confidentiality and sensitivity.
For the right person the role could be 4 days a week and there is some WFH flexibility.
