About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant, your duties may include:
- Efficiently coordinate and maintain the executive’s calendar, ensuring optimal use of their time and effective scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Coordinating the flow of relevant correspondence, ensuring quality, deadlines are met and maintaining records in the official record management system.
- Screening telephone calls and resolve routine enquiries or identify where complex issues need to be referred.
- Providing a confidential administrative service to the designated Executive.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in effectively dealing with senior staff.
- Previous experience in using the Microsoft Office suite of products to produce a range of high-quality documents.
