Boandik is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the organisation as a Personal Assistantto the Chief Executive Officer.

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient communication between the CEO and others, as well as providing high-level executive and administrative support. The role aims to reduce administrative burden on the CEO, allowing them to focus on operational duties and responsibilities.
This will be a busy role, so you will need to be highly organised with a willingness to manage your own time, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to manage diverse executives. In addition, you will bring a collaborative, professional, and proactive approach dedicated to our purpose of supporting older Australians, families, and communities.
This position provides the opportunity to collaborate closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and General Management team, contributing to the success of impactful initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Proactively manage the CEO's calendar and appointments, prioritising tasks and deadlines.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes for the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Be a strategic partner, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve organisational effectiveness.
- Assist with project management and organisational initiatives.
- Support the wider management team as directed.
- Perform other personal and business tasks as requested.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A qualification in a relevant business field (highly regarded but not essential).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an EA or in a similar executive administrative role within a corporate environment (an advantage).
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and meet multiple, competing objectives on time.
- High levels of emotional intelligence.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Punctual and well-presented with a friendly disposition.
- Previous experience in aged care, disability, or health is desirable.
