ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
In this rewarding opportunity you will join the St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as Executive Assistant - Office of the Medical Director, based at our Fitzroy campus.

You will be an essential part of a small team and in a pivotal role supporting medical staff throughout the St Vincent's Private hospitals.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Coordinating the administration of the credentialing process for all St Vincent's Private Melbourne medical practitioners
  • Ensuring effective administrative support for various committees and craft group meetings
  • Coordinating the response to enquiries that comes through to the Office of the Medical Director
  • Responding to enquiries that comes through to the Office of the Medical Director and providing administrative support to practitioners
  • Assisting Medical Director in key areas of work pertaining to senior and junior medical staff processes and improvements across SVPHM

ABOUT YOU:
As an outstanding Executive Assistant , you are pro-active and conscientious and have excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholders.

You are able to:

  • Ensure work is completed efficiently to a high standard
  • Able to work well as part of a small team, as well as work autonomously
  • Ability to prioritise and process workload
  • Strong relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook and quick to learn new programs such as the C-gov and IBA database
