The role is that of an Executive Insurance Broking support and administration/ processor who is looking for a growth challenge in a professional team environment.
Roles include Processing of Quotes/ new business /renewals/endorsements/phone queries/ claims/attention to details and providing executive and high level support and assistant to the team of Account Managers and the Director. Roles will include allied and related administration roles as may be required. Must be proficient in the use of Broking systems and platforms including the likes of Winbeat/Sunrise/OIT/Word/excell/powerpoint etc/SVU etc .
Must be an amiable candidate with great work ethics, customer service excellence and relationship building skills
Minimum Tier 2 and Previous Insurance Experience is essential!

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Policy Processing: Handle the end-to-end processing of insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and new business.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage accurate documentation and records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Claims Administration: Assist in managing the claims process, liaising between clients and insurers to facilitate timely and fair resolutions.
- Data Management: Maintain and update client information in our database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Communication: Coordinate with brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on policy status, renewals, and other relevant metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support the overall objectives of the brokerage.
Marketing and Social Media Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance our online presence.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our services and engage with our target audience.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media and marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with our brand guidelines and messaging.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in insurance broking.
