ABOUT YOUR NEW EMPLOYER

They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced EXECUTIVE CHEF to lead their culinary team and oversee all daily food production across all outlets. Be part of this unique kitchen brigade and curate unforgettable high-quality culinary experiences for resort guests while managing the financial performance and budgets of the kitchens.
THE ROLE
- Design menus and work with the established team to operate high-quality kitchens
- Calculate accurate costings for all food production
- Be fully accountable for the standards, safety and work practices of the kitchen staff
- Minimise wastage in all areas including, cost of sales and general expenses
- Encourage team retention and development through effective training, succession planning and multi-skilling
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Experience in a 5-star multi-restaurant resort
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and staff training
- Previous experience in budgeting and cost control
- Demonstrated customer relationship skills
- Hands on approach to problem solving
- Reliable, self-motivated and energetic
- Great communicator and team player who leads by example
