Your Skills and Experience:
- A proven track record as an Executive Chef or in a comparable leadership role
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse culinary team towards achieving culinary excellence
- Strong business acumen, including experience in budget management, cost control, and optimising kitchen operations for efficiency
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, suppliers, and management
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety
