- Leads the DLGSC Local Government Team in the effective regulation and support of 139 LocaL Governments throughout Western Australia.
- Oversees the delivery of legislative reform across a number of areas of legislation including the Local Government Act 1995.
- Leads the statewide delivery of a number of high-profile projects and related government priorities.
- Provides strategic support and advice to the Deputy Director General, Director General and Minister/s on Local Government regulatory and compliance issues, policies and programs and project delivery.
- Fosters partnerships and collaborations within the Local Government sector including peak bodies and associations.
- Provides strategic advice and contributes to across agency and interjurisdictional initiatives for the Local Government sector.
