Tell me more...The Executive Director Nursing and Midwifery undertakes an executive role and is accountable for professional oversight of all Nurses and Midwives across Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service. The position also has operational delegation of the teams within the Office of the Executive Director Nursing and Midwifery. This role may be eligible for the Queensland Health Attraction Incentive. See link - Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Scheme     To be successful in this role you will have: Demonstrated skills, capability and experience in leadership and management at a strategic level for Nursing and Midwifery in a First Nations HHS or equivalent setting. Experience as an Executive Director/ District Director of Nursing (or similar senior executive level) role in a large complex organisation servicing First Nations communities and peoples.  If this sounds like the right fit for you, Torres and Cape can offer you: Base salary $199,515.00 per annum Generous employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) Salary packaging option to increase your take home pay Work / Life balance, variety and flexibility  Great support team  Requirements for the role: Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and/ or registration with the appropriate registration authority or association.
