Tell me more...The Executive Director Nursing and Midwifery undertakes an executive role and is accountable for professional oversight of all Nurses and Midwives across Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service. The position also has operational delegation of the teams within the Office of the Executive Director Nursing and Midwifery. This role may be eligible for the Queensland Health Attraction Incentive. See link - Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Scheme To be successful in this role you will have: Demonstrated skills, capability and experience in leadership and management at a strategic level for Nursing and Midwifery in a First Nations HHS or equivalent setting. Experience as an Executive Director/ District Director of Nursing (or similar senior executive level) role in a large complex organisation servicing First Nations communities and peoples. Relevant health or management post graduate qualifications would be considered highly desirable.
