The RoleThe Executive Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a consistent standard of cleanliness across all guest accommodation, public areas and other resort facilities. You will lead the day to day operations of the housekeeping department to ensure the consistency, quality and integrity of the housekeeping service meets and exceeds guest expectations.
Skills & Experience- Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper - Resort experience advantageous
- Strong background in cleaning and housekeeping of guest rooms and facilities
- Proven experience in managing a large team including culture, rostering, payroll and training
- Ability to implement procedures, processes and strategies for speed & quality of service
- Good administration experience including stock level management, ordering, delivery, distribution, rotation & movement
- Experienced in managing a maintenance program to ensure ongoing improvements to the housekeeping service are implemented and sustained
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment by assisting with implementation of OH&S policies and procedures
- Experience with financial/labour/COGS/stock and wastage reporting
