As a key member of the Executive Team and reporting directly to the CEO, this influential Executive role leads a portfolio of services currently including Foster Care, Disability and Allied Health.
Lutheran Care has firmly established itself as one of the leading human service agencies providing vital services across both SA and NT. With a staff and volunteer workforce approaching 500 and revenue of circa $40m, this role is pivotal in our journey towards continued growth and service excellence. - a strategic mindset and a track record of providing strategic and operational leadership that inform service design;
- demonstrated ability to be an innovative change leader and a systems approach to problem solving;
- ability to interpret emerging political and sector trends and public policy changes relevant to Lutheran Care and our services;
- demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret data and metrics for communication to the CEO and the Board;
- preferred tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as: Health/Allied Health, Business, Social Sciences, Law, IT, Project Management, and preferably combined with experience within the human services sector.
Your demonstrated credibility, authenticity, energy and unwavering focus on client support and service quality is critical. Experience at a senior leadership level in a similarly complex organisation will be an advantage and whilst not essential, clinical qualifications will be highly regarded.
