AddressWe are looking to engage a short term Executive Assistant for a 5week temp engagement. You will be surrounded with high standards in a government environment and support 2 Senior Executives. This is a Temp opportunity with an immediate commencement, with potential to be extended based on a restructure.
Candidates must be Canberra-based, available to work full-time for 5 weeks (June - July).
Key experience required:
- Manage, coordinate, and prioritise the work of two Senior Executives including diary management, email and telephone enquiries and routine correspondence including emails
- schedule meetings and forward planning including the collation and completion of meeting papers
- provide back-up and support to other staff in the division
- liaise and work collaboratively across the branch and with the other executive support staff and external stakeholders
You must have:
- Minimum 6months in a EA (or similar) role
- possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- be approachable and build positive relationships with stakeholders
- have attention to detail, with the ability to take responsibility for own actions and accurate completion of work.
