We are seeking a committed and professional individual for a full time or permanent part-time Executive Personal Assistant role that combines the challenge of high-level executive support with the flexibility of part-time or full-time hours, in a fast-paced, innovative environment within the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and management of documents including reports, presentations, and proposals
- Oversee and participate in general office operations and administration
- Oversee all boardroom and breakout areas
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding of new staff members
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Work closely with the Management Team and provide daily support
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Organise travel arrangements, create detailed itineraries, and handle all related expenses
- Organise boardroom, staff and client functions
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience: You have experience in supporting Managers/Executives
- Friendly and Welcoming: You demonstrate a warm and approachable attitude towards all clients and staff, creating a positive first impression
- Organised and Proactive: You manage multiple tasks with exceptional organisational skills
- Motivation: You exhibit a high level of enthusiasm and initiative to complete tasks efficiently
- Exceptional Communication: You have strong interpersonal skills capable of effectively communicating with staff and clients at all levels, creating a positive first impression
- Detail-Oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office™: You are skilled in the Microsoft Office™ suite
- Passionate about Hospitality: You enjoy creatively planning staff and client events
