About The Role
Reporting into the Head of Broadcast Studio, this role will work with the Production Manager and Broadcast Operations Manager to ensure we have the talent, tech and workflows to deliver content that matches our aspirations. You will manage the content strategy and editorial direction of Sportsbet's broadcast content offering and develop new content executions for all channels designed to drive business strategy and goals. The Executive Producer is the person responsible for the quality of the content produced by the Broadcast team and will manage the strategic direction and development of all studio assets, across TV shows, integrations, on-platform and content-for-web.
Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver the business's TV and broadcast long term content strategy by using the business and departmental strategy to ensure we create content and delivering on goals and outcomes
• Continually upskill studio producers enabling them to develop the skills to output high quality content
• Develop and manage stakeholder relations both internally and externally to ensure we drive the greatest possible ROI from existing sponsorships and broadcast partners
• Provide expert input to relevant internal content conversations concerning all forms of TV and broadcast-style content

About You

• Extensive experience in TV Producer roles ideally within sports or comedy (Executive Producer experience highly desirable)
• Understanding of Sportsbet product, tools and content
• People leadership capability with the skill to manage high performing teams.
