- Demonstrated experience in creating compelling content, structuring engaging segments, and overseeing the production process for a radio show in a metro market
- Ability to identify newsworthy topics, develop relevant and timely content, and make editorial decisions that resonate with the target audience.
- Proficiency in crafting narratives that captivate listeners, incorporating humor, emotion, and relevance to keep the audience engaged throughout the show.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with talent, co-producers, and other team members, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment to achieve the show's objectives.
- Demonstrated understanding of broadcasting standards, compliance requirements, and ethical guidelines to ensure all content meets legal and regulatory obligations while maintaining the show's integrity and credibility.
