Executive Relationship Officer role is part of HSBC Wealth Distribution Team and plays a key part in supporting
Executive Relationship Managers (ERMs) to provide an exceptional experience for our High Net Worth (HNW) clients. This role could be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
Your main responsibilities will include:- Supporting ERM’s in the overall achievement of the Wealth Strategy
- Act as first point of contact in ERM’s absence and deliver client-centric service proposition
- Build ongoing relationships with HNW clients based on HSBC values and service
- Providing credit/lending support to the ERM if dictated by market requirements
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:- Extensive knowledge of banking products (including wealth) and services across retail banking
- A proven track record of outstanding customer service experience in financial services industries
- Strong interpersonal and empathy skills with strong decision making and ability to deliver
- Understanding of Relationship management systems and solid knowledge of branch operational procedures
