Form of workOur client is a proudly Brisbane based, proudly bespoke and proudly successful boutique Executive Search and career management provider, headed by well known, respected recruitment professionals. Having built a brand that gains exposure to really interesting assignments, they are strong across a number of sectors including government, NFP, IT and professional services. With account management, research, marketing, administration and even business efficiency support we are looking to further expand their Executive and Board practice and hire experienced Search Consultants who can deliver on C suite and Board level placements across an engaged client base, as well as further build out their commercial capability.
The role
Who you will be
Ideally you are working in the Brisbane market now (although we are open to those moving from interstate with working rights) at an executive, or senior placement level. You will be a great executor of retained work but also be able to bring your own client pool. You will be someone who can speak with clients about their business and hiring strategy, and someone who instills confidence for you to be their true recruitment partner to execute their retained assignments.
As for the team, you will be looking for a "family", not just your work family but a family-centric business where everyone understands the flexibility you can sometimes need. The business is collaborative, has direction, is well funded and comes from a prospective of always doing the right thing. And they know how to have fun and celebrate. The rewards
The greatest reward is there is a highly successful Executive and Board practice now so there is a lot to leverage. A great package is offered as is commission up to 45%. They work from an amazing office environment with the ability to also work 2 days a week from home. The building has end of trip facilties and car pooling is also possible.
