Sports Complex Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of Kangaroo Indoor Sports. Your enthusiasm for sports and your commitment to excellent service will ensure that our facilities are not only operational but also a hub of vibrant sporting activity.
Key Responsibilities:✅ Oversee the daily operations of the
Sports Complex, including facility maintenance, scheduling, and event coordination.✅ Develop and implement strategies to enhance the user experience and increase participation in sports activities.✅ Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance, ensuring high standards of service and safety.✅ Liaise with coaches, teams, and leagues to facilitate sports programs and events.✅ Monitor and manage equipment and facility resources efficiently.✅ Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.✅ Manage customer relations, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.✅ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the complex and its programs.
Qualifications:✅ Strong passion for and knowledge of sports, particularly basketball, cricket, soccer, and event management.✅ Excellent organizational and leadership skills.✅ Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and, optionally, weekdays.✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.✅ Problem-solving ability and a customer-focused approach.
