About the Team and the Role
The team you will join is welcoming and knowledgeable and ready to collaborate to continually improve our systems and processes.
Your day-to-day will involve developing and implementing appropriate systems within the Development Services Branch, including the completion of a Procedures Manual.
You will establish and maintain appropriate monitoring and control mechanisms to ensure quality within the Development Services Branch.
You will also be given the opportunity to assess development applications, subdivision certificates with minimal supervision and liase with applicants and interested parties in relation to such applications.
About You
To be successful in this role you will hold Town Planning/ Architectural/ Building Surveying/ Management or equivalent tertiary degree.
With at least six years’ experience in Local Government/ relevant consultancy field you will bring superior knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act.
In addition to the above you will also hold a current Class C Drivers licence.
