TA Project Services is seeking a Planning professional with Town Planning qualifications and experience. The position entails various responsibilities:
- Preliminary Advice and Investigations
- Development Applications
- Environmental Review
- Infrastructure Planning and Coordination
- Strategic Planning Advice
- Planning Proposals (LEP Amendments)
- Community and Stakeholder Engagement.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A Bachelor’s degree in town planning or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing land use and infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of current laws and regulations governing housing and infrastructure.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
