AddressPro Active Health is seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and personable Exercise Physiologist to join our dynamic team.
About Us:
Our day-to-day is spent in physical rehabilitation and chronic disease management in both clinical and gym-based settings. We deliver a wide range of clinical practices from individual rehabilitation sessions, Work Cover cases, chronic disease management, NDIS, rehabilitating defence force veterans, and strength and conditioning for everyday healthy people!
We focus on providing holistic care for our patients by helping them quickly and easily access the necessary services for their injuries or chronic health conditions.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering evidence-based assessment and treatment to patients
- Building and maintaining rapport with patients and other health professionals
- Patient report writing for DVA, NDIS, Medicare, Workcover.
- Working independently and unsupervised
- Assessing and ongoing management of clients
- Communicating and reporting to other health and medical professionals
- Providing health education and promotion for patients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology
- ESSA Accreditation and insurances
- CPR and Current First Aid certificates
- Police Check
- Access to transportation
- Experience working with individual clients in a gym-based setting
