Physioworks Health Group seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who is ready to embrace the demands and rewards of working as a primary contact practitioner in a multi-disciplinary private practice setting. You will join a team of EPs, physiotherapists and massage therapists who make a difference to the lives of clients every day.
We will work with applicants to create a position that fulfills the needs of the successful applicant and Physioworks Health Group. The position can be locum, part time or full time with hours at Cranbourne and/or Pakenham clinics.
The successful applicant must have knowledge and interest in chronic disease management and exercise, cancer and exercise, lifestyle and behavioural change, musculoskeletal rehabilitation as well as sports specific and general health and fitness prescription.
You will be working with clients on an individual basis as well as conducting group classes including high level functional classes, rehabilitation exercise classes and diabetes classes.
Your role at Physioworks Health Group will provide you with opportunities to continue to learn and be challenged to grow as an Exercise Physiologist. We provide ongoing education and mentoring designed to meet the learning needs of our staff. We provide financial support for external professional development and we encourage staff to pursue post graduate education.

Physioworks Health Group is an established multidisciplinary allied health provider with clinics located in Cranbourne, Pakenham, Berwick and Camberwell offering exercise physiology, physiotherapy and massage therapy services.

We have a very strong relationship with local sporting organisations and an interest and/or past involvement with a sports team is highly desirable. You must have a willingness to learn and develop clinical skills. We utilise electronic clinical note taking and written communication to referring doctors and specialists is mandatory.

Essential Criteria:
- Accredited Exercise Physiologist with full ESSA membership
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Registered provider number with Medicare
- Registered provider for health fund rebates
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Drivers’ license
