Transformative Exercise Rehabilitation is located in Smithfield in Cairns tropical northern beaches. We have a modern rehabilitation studio gym next door to a large commercial gym, so client's of all levels and abilities are well catered for!
We provide high quality assessment and intervention therapy services to clients attending via NDIS, WorkCover, Compensable schemes, Aged Care, DVA, Medicare, as well as privately funded clients.
Our services include a mix of in-clinic and community based services.
Our in-clinic services include one on one treatment including clinical Pilates and group-based exercise therapy.
Our community based services include consultations at client residences, aged care facilities, commercial gyms, as well as hydrotherapy services delivered at various heated rehabilitation pools in the Cairns area.
We pride ourselves on providing genuine and empathetic patient care and building trusting relationships with both patients and referrers.

New graduate and experienced practitioners are encouraged to apply.

New graduates will appreciate the small team environment and opportunity to gain experience and refine clinical skills with a highly varied clinical caseload. 12 weeks of mentoring will assist you to build a strong therapeutic approach to client care.
Experienced practitioners will appreciate the professional environment, with a mix of team and autonomous work where you are supported to follow your career interests with a diverse caseload.
You will:

Qualifications and requirements:
ESSA accreditation
CPR and first aid
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Current police check
Yellow and Blue Cards
Full drivers license and reliable vehicle
Maintain up to date vaccinations as required for work with My Aged Care customers and NDIS participants
