Emma van Exercise Physiology is passionate about providing clients with the best solutions for their needs in a caring environment and using exercise as a form of medicine. They work with a wide range of clients from all backgrounds and funding streams and their patients range in age from 5 – 85 years old.
The business has seen significant continued growth and with a waitlist of clients, EVEP is looking for an Exercise Physiologist to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join a growing business.

Reporting to the business owner, key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Conduct accurate and timely client assessments in a caring and professional manner
- Define appropriate treatment and exercise physiology plans to meet both the medical and personal goals of the client
- Adapt programs to the different needs of the client including working across musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiac, metabolic and mental health conditions
- Deliver services to a varied caseload of clients via the local gym and leisure centre
- Provide 1:1 as well as group exercise sessions
- Provide effective case management, planning, and monitoring of the client’s progress toward their goals
- Identify additional needs, supports or referrals for clients as required
- Exceed client expectations and promote preventative maintenance care and early intervention
This is a part time position (25 hours per week) or full-time considered for the right candidate, with above award rates in-line with your qualifications, skills and experience. The position is available to commence immediately.

The Musts- Undergraduate/post graduate qualification in Exercise Physiology
- Registration and membership with relevant governing body (ESSA)
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate
- Relevant Professional Indemnity Insurance
- NDIS experience preferred and highly desirable
- Desire to grow and develop professionally
- Energetic people person, motivated to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Hold or willing to obtain Police Employment & Working with Children Check
- Drivers Licence and own car
