Role Responsibilities:
- Develop individualised, evidence-based treatment plans and goals.
- Effectively communicate with clients regarding assessment, treatment, service delivery, and timelines.
- Collaborate with families and other specialist services involved in a client’s care.
- Regularly review client treatment plans and goals.
- Design and implement programs, strategies, and materials to facilitate clients' goal achievement.
- Perform general administrative tasks and manage stock control.

Necessary Qualifications:
- COVID vaccination status.
- Valid driver’s license.

Desirable Qualifications:
- Familiarity with funding models, particularly the NDIS and HCP.
- Demonstrated expertise in recommending and prescribing assistive technology equipment and aids.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
