Our team at Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation is all about delivering patient centric care with a rehab plan focused on physical activity.
What you’ll do
- Prescribe exercise programs to clients afflicted with injury or illness
- Build trusted relationships with existing and new clients to expand service offering
- Case notes
- Communicate with stakeholders including; specialists, GP’s, vocational rehab, injury managers and other allied health professionals

What we’re looking for
- Membership with ESSA as an AEP at the commencement of the position
- Industry experience across multiple sectors highly advantageous
- Unwavering level of service provided to all customers/ stakeholders
