Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Provide best practice in the provision of individualised services and person-centred approaches through the delivery of relevant therapy services.
- Monitor and evaluate the provision of individualised and person-centred services and supports.
- Utilise a person-centred approach, undertake clinical assessments of functional independence, program development, implementation, management, and evaluation of individual services

Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced practitioner, we are seeking motivated therapists who want to provide client-centred care to promote independence and quality of life. You'll work within the client's home or private practice environment, with a diverse clientele. You will have the ability to set your roster and work from home when able.
Upon commencement, you will be supplied with an iPhone, iPad, and +/- company car - depending on scheduled hours.
About the role:
- Development of individual, evidence-based treatment plans and goals.
- Communicate with clients effectively around assessment, treatment, service delivery, and time frames.
- Liaise with families and other specialist services involved in a client’s care.
- Regularly review client treatment plans and goals.
- Develop and implement programs, strategies, and materials to enable clients to achieve their goals
Continued professional development

Necessary for the Role:
- COVID vaccination status,
- A current driver’s licence,
- A current police check
Desirable:
- Understanding of funding models, specifically the NDIS and HCP.
- Demonstrated experience in the recommendation and prescription of assistive technology equipment and aids.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
