Role Description
As a Demi/Chef de Partie in the Exhibition Kitchen, you'll collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chefs, and culinary team to prepare and execute dishes and snacks. They will successfully participate in all events where we are the culinary support, either on the floor or virtually. Reporting to the Supplier Manager (Fossix) but receiving daily guidance from the Head Chef (Salesforce), you'll contribute to maintaining a vibrant work atmosphere and ensuring a healthy work/life balance.

- Receive, prep, produce, and serve food for events that the team is in charge of or participating in, focusing on quality and freshness.
- Maintain an organised and efficient work environment
- Comply and uphold applicable sanitary, health, personal hygiene, and safety standards set by health departments, supervisors, and Salesforce.
- Strictly comply with workplace health and safety laws as well as all employment laws
- Source and manage delivery of local produce, emphasising sustainability and waste reduction.
- Give and treat with the utmost respect all the ingredients and equipment we work with
- Contribute to menu planning and cost management, ensuring profitability.
- Drive creativity and inspiration in dish creation and team collaboration.
- Coordinate with the team in regards to product ordering and take responsibility for your station and dish requirements
- Utilise time effectively, balancing prep, events, and administrative tasks.
- Uphold a positive, solutions-oriented approach, delivering memorable and authentic experiences for guests.
- Represent Salesforce's core values and contribute to the company's authentic brand.
