Opportunity to be involved in the operational activities of the University's Expense Management System.
In this role, the Expense Management Officer is responsible for a broad range of compliance activities including; supplier maintenance and approvals, payment runs, processing of reimbursement claims and other payment forms, and for providing support to all University card holders relating to acquittals and approvals in line with University policies and procedures. An integral part of this role involves the operational activities of the University’s Expense Management system.
To be successful you will need:
- Experience in transactional customer service.
- Demonstrated experience with Expense Management Systems.
- A general knowledge of Australian taxation rules (e.g. GST, FBT).
- A working knowledge of accounting practices associated with acquittal of expenditure.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with PeopleSoft Financial and ExpenseMe Pro systems
