Key Requirements
- Previous Accounting Office (preferred) or professional office experience
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Tax and ASIC knowledge (preferred)
- Intermediate computer skills e.g. word, excel and outlook
- Typing speed - 60 wpm
- Ability to deal with all types of clients and build strong client relationships
- Ability to manage time with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a busy environment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated
- Positive attitude
- Professional presentation
The Role
Duties and responsibilities will include:-
- Front desk reception
- Making client bookings
- Typing letters, emails, etc
- Following up and attending to queries
- Electronic scanning
- Filing
- ASIC forms creation
- Liaising with ATO
- Coordinating office needs as required
- Assisting the accountants as required
This role is only suited to candidates available to work full time hours.
