SalaryWe are looking for a Qualifiedand Experienced all-rounder to join a Commercial Building & Maintenance companyfor ongoing work.
Advanced Construction Projectsis an established company, carrying out general building and maintenance works forLocal Government, many Gold Coast clients and the surrounding areas.
Requirements for the roleinclude but are not limited to:
- Ability to interpret and read specifications
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to meet strict safety standards
- Ensuring any Inductions required are undertaken in a timely manner
- Experience within Commercial Maintenance is preferred
- Hourly Rate plus super depending on level of experience.
The successful applicant must:
- Hold a valid Drivers Licence, and have access to own suitable work vehicle or be willing to drive a Company vehicle
- Have basic tools of trade
- Hold a General Construction Induction Card – White Card
