Form of workWe are looking for a Qualified and Experienced all-rounder to join a Commercial Building Maintenance company for ongoing work.
Semrau Constructions is a 25+ year established company, carrying out general building and maintenance for many Far North clients in Cairns and the surrounding areas.
Requirements for the role include but are not limited to:
- Ability to interpret and read specifications
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work without supervision
- Ability to meet strict safety standards
- Ensuring any Inductions required are undertaken in a timely manner
- Experience within Commercial Maintenance is preferred
The successful applicant must:
- Hold a valid Drivers Licence, and have access to own suitable work vehicle & tools
- Hold a General Construction Induction Card – White Card
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Blue Card
- Hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Check
