About Us:

At Towill Design we are highly experienced in education design, and we thrive on collaboration and the open exchange of ideas. From the start of every project, we facilitate workshops with all stakeholders and carefully manage the design experience from consultation through to construction. The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Architectural Graduate with technical documentation skills with the ability to work independently. The role involves working closely with our design team to deliver projects from masterplan and feasibility phase through to construction. As we deliver projects traditionally, you will have the opportunity to undertake contract administration throughout our projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate construction documents and specifications.
  • Assist in the management of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.
  • Participate in stakeholder consultation and workshopping
  • Assist with contract administration 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design practices

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Architecture 
  • Australian working rights 
  • A minimum of 3 years’ full-time experience as a Graduate of Architecture in an architectural studio environment 
  • High proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential plus the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and NCC regulations and legislation
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects and tasks
  • The capacity to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Dog lover (we have a dog in the office!)
