The Role:

Working alongside a collaborative team, the role would be part of a busy team. The successful candidate would work across a variety of projects.

Reporting into the Director your duties will include but not be limited to;

• Using Revit - Producing and managing the preparation of high quality & accurate architectural drawings for residential housing from pre-contract to final checks
• Checking contract drawings, construction drawings and engineering for accuracy and buildability
• Collaborate with the design team to update existing designs as well as develop new product designs
• Complete documentation in accordance with company standards and regulations
• Consult and coordinate with management to manage workload and provide suggested improvements

To be successful you will need:

• First and foremost a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a growing team
• Minimum 12 months drafting experience in residential housing construction.
• Highly proficient in Revit
• Basic knowledge of council requirements
• Ability to work as part of a team
• A strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
