**Job Description:**
We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Beautician to join both our Rockhampton and Toowoomba teams. This role is dependant on applicant’s experience and skillset but has the potential for growth into a managerial position. Your passion for the beauty industry, combined with your strong people skills, will help deliver the iconic Beauty in the Woods experience to all our loyal and new customers.
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain a high standard of customer service by ensuring that all clients receive personalised attention and leave satisfied with their experience
- Provide a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, nails, brows + lash lifts and makeup application.
- Monitor bookings through friendly and efficient client communication
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques to continuously improve service offerings and stay ahead of the competition
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues
- Contribute to open communication across the Rockhampton and Toowoomba teams
**Requirements:**
- Diploma of Beauty
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High levels of self presentation & cleanliness
- Knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and techniques, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends
- Proficiency in salon software and basic computer skills
- A positive attitude, professional demeanour, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
