As our workshop and site works continues to expand, we are in search of experienced Boilermaker / Welders to join our team. Job Description:
As a Boilermaker / Welder, you will play a crucial role in our operations. We are seeking candidates who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong planning and prioritisation skills.
Requirements:
- Working autonomously with a proactive and energetic mindset
- Planning and prioritizing tasks with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Effectively communicating and liaising with stakeholders
- Conducting a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks, including rebuilds and fault finding.
- Providing support for all aspects of workshop and site activities
- Prioritizing safety above all else
- Demonstrating a high level of motivation and flexibility, including willingness to perform overtime as needed.
- Maintaining a positive attitude towards colleagues and customers
- Possessing excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Holding a trade certificate in Boilermaking
- Possessing a Welding Certificate 7, with a preference for Welding Certificate 4 also
