The key responsibilities include:
For Barista position:
-Making coffees on a fast paced coffee machine
-Preparing cold beverages
-Breakfast and lunch service
-Following all rules and regulations of food handling, storage and hygiene
- Team player & friendly
For Chef Position
- Experience in fast paced kitchen
- Experience in short order cooking, cafe breakfast and lunch
- Experience in cleaning and hygiene standards
- Good knife skills
- Good communication
- Calm under pressure
The successful applicant must:
-Be reliable and flexible
-Have great communication and organisational skills
-Be available to work weekends
-Produce exceptional coffees and have excellent attention to detail
-Passionate about food and loves baking
-Previous hospitality, chef and barista experience is an advantage
