Cafe Head Chef

Footbridge Cafe in Brunswick Heads is seeking a talented Head Chef to join our amazing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the kitchen team 
• Menu planning and development
• Ensure that standards of food quality and presentation are maintained at all times
• Manage kitchen operations including rostering, stock control, ordering and cost management.
• Weekly reports to the owners 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef 
• Passion for creating exceptional dishes
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
